This is set up through your lender to determine the homes value.
This typically Costs $400 - $900 and is paid through your lender.

LOAN APPROVAL
Lender works to finalize all docs needed to fund loan.
Signing of loan documents with a notary will be set up through escrow.

FINAL
Send the remaining down payment 3 days prior to closing.
Do a final walk-through of the home.
Record the sale with the city.
Fund the loan and close escrow.
